A: We’re a sustainable fashion brand based in Bharat, committed to creating beautiful, eco-friendly clothing with respect for people and the planet. Our designs are created in-house and manufactured ethically by trusted partners across Bharat.

 Q2: Where are your products made?
A: All collections are proudly made in Bharat by manufacturers who uphold safe working conditions, fair wages, and sustainable production methods.

 Q3: Are your clothes truly sustainable?
A: Yes! We use organic, natural, recycled, and sustainable materials wherever possible. Our slow fashion model prioritizes quality and longevity over fast trends, minimizing waste.

 Q4: Do you have sustainability certifications?
A: Some fabrics and trims are certified by:

  • GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
  • OEKO-TEX®
  • Lenzing™ EcoVero™
    Certification details are listed on individual product pages. If not mentioned, products do not hold these certifications.

 Ordering, Shipping & Payment

Q6: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other regions: 5–9 business days
    Please allow extra time for made-to-order or handcrafted items.

 Q7: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet! Currently, we ship across Bharat and are working on expanding globally. Sign up for updates.

 Q8: Are prices inclusive of all taxes?
A: Yes, all prices include GST and applicable duties — no surprises at checkout.

 Q9: Will I receive a GST invoice?
A: Absolutely! Every order comes with a GST-compliant invoice.

Orders, Returns & Cancellations

 Q11: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you may return items after delivery (see Returns Policy).

 Q12: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes! Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Note: Lingerie, swimwear, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns unless defective.

 Q13: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement immediately.

 Q14: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Q15: Do you offer bulk buying for individuals?
A: Yes! For events, gifting, or personal use, contact us with styles and quantities for bulk pricing.

A: GSM (grams per square meter) measures fabric weight, affecting comfort, durability, and feel.

  • Lower GSM fabrics: lighter, breathable, ideal for warmer climates and flowing styles.
  • Higher GSM fabrics: richer, more durable, and luxurious feel.

A: Honestly, no. Our Rescued Silk Blend is 70% rescued silk (from surplus and abandoned fabrics) and 30% viscose for softness and drape. Each piece gives forgotten silks a second life, reduces textile waste, and keeps fabrics out of landfills. We choose honesty over perfection—trust is the first step toward a sustainable future.

A: Yes! Our packaging is plastic-free and made from recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials like cloth bags or recycled paper mailers. We encourage reusing or recycling all packaging.

  • Rescued Silk Blends & Silk: Hand wash in cold water with silk-friendly detergent; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Linen: Gentle machine wash; air-dry to maintain natural texture.
  • Organic Cotton: Wash in cold water, line dry; preserves shape and reduces energy use.
  • Bamboo Blends: Gentle cycle with mild detergent; avoid fabric softeners to retain softness and breathability.
  • General Tip: Store garments in breathable bags rather than plastic, and handle with care to let each piece age gracefully.
